"empowHER" is a dedicated platform to help women restart their careers and to bring them back to the workforce. We understand that managing a life on the personal front requires a unique balance between work life and personal life. As part of our diversity initiative, we have just the openings you have been waiting for!


The platform is designed to encourage women who are keen to explore their interests & talent after a long absence from the workforce. Often, women find it challenging to pursue their aspirations and are unsure of how to resume their career interests again. We understand this challenge and "empowHER" would help them smoothen their transition back to the corporate world.

How do I get started?

Getting back to work is quite easy.

There might be reservations in your mind in terms of time constraints and starting all over again. Due to a long hiatus from the work routine and lost touch with the corporate culture, hesitancy becomes a major obstacle in going back to the career path. However, there are organizations who are keen on increasing representation of women in their workforce and you can pick up courses to upskill yourself.

We understand that you have multiple roles in your personal and professional lives. We believe that a career break shouldn't become a hindrance when you chase your dreams further. If you are enthusiastic and ready to restart, there is no reason to worry.
